We concentrated on making "masculine" cards during October Club Class. The first card uses a sentiment from the Wildlife Wonder Set with heat embossing and the faux suede technique to make a fun birthday card. The faux suede technique is a distressed paper technique that gives you two punch outs for the price of one and creates a fuzzy, suede-like texture.
Uses Wildlife Wonder Cling Stamp Set plus Pretty Peacock Cardstock, Basic Black Cardstock, Glorious Gingham 6" x 6" Designer Series Paper, Basics Stampin' Emboss Powders, Heat Tool, Embossing Additions Tool Kit, VersaMark Ink Pad, Stampin' Dimensionals, Tear & Tape Adhesive, Stampin' Seal, Multipurpose Liquid Glue or Fine-Tip Glue Pen, Black & White 1/4" Gingham Ribbon, Paper Snips Scissors, Bone Folder, Paper Trimmer, Banners Pick A Punch, Beary Cute Punch, and Clear Block H.
