We concentrated on using alternative coloring methods in my July Club Class. This first card uses the Beautiful Balloons Bundle and some of the Pearlized Enamel Effects Basics which we painted onto cardstock before cutting out the balloon shapes. This gives the balloons a shiny, almost latex look.
