A fellow Demonstrator, Lisa Curcio, recently posted a card using the Dahlia Fold technique. I hadn't done one of these cards in awhile, so I thought I'd design one for my June Club Class so I could teach my Club Members this pretty technique. Here's the card I designed for them to make using the Nature's Prints Bundle.
Uses Nature's Prints Cling Stamp Set plus Night Of Navy Cardstock, Night Of Navy Classic Stampin' Pad, Gray Granite Cardstock, Stampin' Dimensionals, Mini Glue Dots, Tear & Tape Adhesive, Stampin' Seal, Silicone Craft Sheet, Sun Prints 12" x 12" Designer Series Paper, Sprig Trinkets, Flowers Trinkets, 3/8" Denim Ribbon, Clear Block C, Clear Block H, Grid Paper, Paper Snips Scissors, Bone Folder, Paper Trimmer, Take Your Pick, Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine, Natural Prints Dies, Layering Circles Dies, Palms Dies, and Brick & Mortar 3D Embossing Folder.
Here is a link to the directions for the Nature's Prints Dahlia Fold Flower card.
Lisa posted a great video on YouTube showing how to make her version of the card including a couple of ways to fold the paper circles. Check it out:
Please remember that if you are reading the blog post in your e-mail feed, you may need to go directly to my blog to be able to see the video links.
The item highlighted in red is retiring and is only available until June 30 or while supplies last, whichever comes first.
You can place an online order for the products used on this card by simply clicking on the image of them below. This will take you directly to my online store! Please use Host Code FMCM7X7R when you place your order to help out my June Club Host, Sandy Boehm. Or, contact me at [email protected] to place an order through me. Thanks.
