One of my Club Members took advantage of the awesome deal Stampin' Up! was offering on the Starter Kit back in August and signed up as a Demonstrator herself. She likes the Rococo Rose color, so I used it and the Stamping Your Way To The Top Stamp Set available to Demonstrators to make her a welcome to the Team card and included a small thank you gift from me as well.

The Stamping Your Way To The Top Set is a special set that can only be ordered by Demonstrators. I got it for FREE back in November 2018 when I attended OnStage (convention) in Orlando, Florida and attended the special CentreStage event for Demonstrators of a certain level or higher that was held at EPCOT.
The new Paper Trimmer is only available to Stampin' Up! Demonstrators right now on a pre-order basis, but it can be added to Starter Kit! It will be released to customers soon.
