The last birthday card we made in my Club Classes this month was a magic card. By sliding the insert up, another image, in this case a sentiment, appears. These are actually pretty easy to make and the "wow" you get when someone sees it work is amazing! We used the Painter's Palette Set to make ours.
Uses Painter's Palette Clear-Mount Set plus Emerald Envy Card Stock, Sweet Sugarplum Card Stock, Very Vanilla Card Stock, Emerald Envy Classic Stampin' Pad, Sweet Sugarplum Classic Stampin' Pad, Playful Palette Designer Series Paper Stack, Window Sheets, Emerald Envy 3/8" Ruched Ribbon, Sweet Sugarplum 3/8" Ruched Ribbon, Jet Black StazOn Ink Pad, SNAIL Adhesive, Stampin' Dimensionals, Clear-Mount Block B, Clear-Mount Block E, Clear-Mount Block G, Handheld Stapler, Silver Mini Staples, Decorative Label Punch, Stampin' Trimmer, Paper Snips, Big Shot Die-Cutting Machine, Standard Cutting Pads, Magnetic Platform, and Layering Squares Framelits.
Here's a great video tutorial by Stampin' Up! on how to make these fun cards.
