Welcome to the Blog Tour for June presented by RemARKable Stampers. This month we are going places and featuring projects related to travel!
We love to travel and are always looking for somewhere new and fun to visit. Of course, we have a few favorite places we like to go to again and again too. While this first card doesn't have any actual stamping on it, the card from the Let's Get Away Card Collection is the perfect sentiment for us! We love to get lost or, as we like to say, "We're not lost, we just don't know where we are on the map!" The Project Life by Stampin' Up! Card Collections and Accessory Packs are great for making quick and easy cards as well as scrapbooking embellishments.
Uses Bermuda Bay Cardstock, Melon Mambo Cardstock, Crushed Curry Cardstock, Let's Get Away Card Collection, Let's Get Away Accessory Pack, SNAIL Adhesive, Mini Glue Dots, 2-Way Glue Pen, Bermuda Bay Baker's Twine, Itty Bitty Accents Epoxy Stickers, Subtles Designer Buttons, Itty Bitty Accents Punch Pack, Craft Scissors, Stampin' Trimmer, Big Shot Die-Cutting Machine, Multipurpose Platform, Standard Cutting Pads, and Arrows Embossing Folder.
We are getting ready to go on a fun trip to Maine and Canada right now. I know we are going to see some pretty lighthouses while on our trip. We love exploring lighthouses, so the From Land to Sea Set makes a great card for me to give my wonderful husband for Father's Day.
Uses From Land to Sea Clear-Mount Set and Guy Greetings Clear-Mount Set plus Bermuda Bay Classic Stampin' Pad, Bermuda Bay Cardstock, Basic Black Cardstock, Typeset Specialty Designer Series Paper, SNAIL Adhesive, Tear & Tape Adhesive, Cherry on Top Designer Washi Tape, Basic Black Baker's Twine, Craft Scissors, Stampin' Trimmer, and Clear-Mount Block H.
One of the things we enjoy most about traveling is the chance to try local restaurants and enjoy regional foods. I'm sure we'll be getting some delicious lobster dishes while in Maine and Canada, so I used the lobster image in the By the Tide Set to make this card. Of course, my husband is really hoping for some Maine blueberries too, but it may be too early for them!
Uses By the Tide Clear-Mount Set plus Cherry Cobbler Classic Stampin' Pad, Cherry Cobbler Cardstock, Early Espresso Cardstock, Whisper White Cardstock, Neutrals Color Collection Designer Series Paper Stack, SNAIL Adhesive, Tear & Tape Adhesive, 1-1/4" Burlap Ribbon, Early Espresso 1/2" Seam Binding Ribbon, Blender Pens, Banner Triple Punch, Craft Scissors, Stampin' Trimmer, Big Shot Die-Cutting Machine, Multipurpose Platform, Standard Cutting Pads, Stylish Stripes Embossing Folder, and Clear-Mount Block I.
My family are huge soccer fans. So, one of the reasons for our trip is to watch a Women's World Cup Soccer Match! We are actually hoping NOT to see the US play as that would mean they aren't doing too well, but I still made my soccer ball card featuring the Hexagon Hive Thinlits in USA colors. I'll probably just send it to my older son and his wife for July 4th.
Uses Bravo Photopolymer Stamp Set plus Pacific Point Classic Stampin' Pad, Old Olive Cardstock, Pacific Point Cardstock, Real Red Cardstock, Tempting Turquoise Cardstock, Whisper White Cardstock, SNAIL Adhesive, 2-Way Glue Pen, Tear & Tape Adhesive, Pacific Point 3/8" Stitched Satin Ribbon, Banner Triple Punch, Paper Snips, Craft Scissors, Fringe Scissors, Stampin' Trimmer, Big Shot Die-Cutting Machine, Standard Cutting Pads, Magnetic Platform, Hexagon Hive Thinlits, Circles Collection Framelits, and Clear-Mount Block B.
I hope you liked the projects I created. If you did, please let me know by leaving a comment. Feel free to Pin, Like, or Tweet any of my creations as well!

I love these projects! Be sure to stop in Ogunquit, Maine, and walk along the Marginal Way between Ogunquit and Perkins Cove. It is one of my favorites! Enjoy your trip!
