Unfortunately, the Artisan Embellishment Kit on page 27 of the Occasions Catalog is now discontinued and will no longer be available for purchase. It has been on the unavailable list for a little while as Stampin' Up! quickly sold out of the first shipment they received. They had hoped to get more in stock, but the supplier was unable to satisfactorily re-create all the components of the kit (namely the rosette trim). So, this product will not be offered again. My apologies.
