Welcome to the Pinworthy Blog Tour for March presented by RemARKable Stampers. This month we are focusing on Easter projects to help you get ready for next month!
My first project features some punch art daffodils or jonquils. I love all the spring flowers and can't wait for them to start blooming because that will mean that spring is definitely here! I've had enough of winter! To make the daffodils, just punch some card stock with the Petite Petals Punch and tiny scallop circle from the Itty Bitty Shapes Punch Pack. Place the punched pieces on the Stampin' Pierce Mat and use the Stylus to add lines to the Petite Petals flower and to draw circles in the center of the tiny scallop circle so it will curl up a bit. Glue those two pieces together and then glue them to a white scallop circle punched with the 7/8" Scallop Circle Punch.
Uses Delightful Dozen Clear-Mount Set plus Pear Pizzazz Classic Stampin' Pad, Daffodil Delight Card Stock, Whisper White Card Stock, Pear Pizzazz Card Stock, Soft Sky Card Stock, Pearl Basic Jewels, SNAIL Adhesive, 2-Way Glue Pen, Stampin' Trimmer, Paper Snips, Fringe Scissors, Simply Scored Stylus, Stampin' Pierce Mat, Itty Bitty Shapes Punch Pack, 7/8" Scallop Circle Punch, Extra-Large Oval Punch, Petite Petals Punch, and Clear-Mount Block H.
Here's a clean and simple Easter card featuring the adorable bunny from a non-Easter set, the Baby, We've Grown Set!
Uses Baby, We've Grown Clear-Mount Set, Happy Watercolor Clear-Mount Set, and Delightful Dozen Clear-Mount Set plus Crisp Cantaloupe Classic Stampin' Pad, Pisatachio Pudding Classic Stampin' Pad, Summer Starfruit Classic Stampin' Pad, Sahara Sand Classic Stampin' Pad, Pool Party Classic Stampin' Pad, 2013-2015 In Color Stampin' Write Markers (Crisp Cantaloupe), Crisp Cantaloupe Card Stock, Sahara Sand Card Stock, Whisper White Card Stock, Pool Party Card Stock, uni-ball Signo Gel Pen, SNAIL Adhesive, Stampin' Dimensionals, Stampin' Trimmer, Paper Snips, and Clear-Mount Block C.
I've seen quite a few cards created with layers of fringe made with the Fringe Scissors. I thought it would be fun to make one with layers of white fringe as an Easter bunny! Did it work?
Uses Delightful Dozen Clear-Mount Set plus Smoky Slate Classic Stampin' Pad, Smoky Slate Stampin' Write Marker, Whisper White Card Stock, Pink Pirouette Card Stock, Pool Party Card Stock, Pink Pirouette 3/8" Taffeta Ribbon, SNAIL Adhesive, 2-Way Glue Pen, Sticky Strip, Stampin' Trimmer, Paper Snips, Craft Scissors, Fringe Scissors, Itty Bitty Shapes Punch Pack, 7/8" Scallop Circle, Scallop Oval Punch, 1-1/4" Scallop Circle, Large Oval Punch, Small Heart Punch, Full Heart Punch, and Clear-Mount Block H.
My last project is a fun Easter basket made with the Envelope Punch Board. Even the bow on the front is made with the Envelope Punch Board! I created the pattern on the basket by "stamping" with the Square Lattice Embossing Folder which I'd inked up! I then used the Fringe Scissors to cut lots of little strips of paper which I crumpled to fill the basket. Next, I added some various flowers made with the Fringe Scissors, a couple of punch art daffodil flowers, and some leftover felt balls I had from the Heartfelt Banner Kit. What do you think? Do you like it?
Uses Crumb Cake Classic Stampin' Pad, Coastal Cabana Card Stock, Crisp Cantaloupe Card Stock, Daffodil Delight Card Stock, Old Olive Card Stock, Crumb Cake Card Stock, Whisper White Card Stock, Calypso Coral Card Stock, Pear Pizzazz Card Stock, 2013-2015 In Color Designer Series Paper Stack, In Color Boutique Details, Pearl Basic Jewels, 2-Way Glue Pen, Sticky Strip, Stampin' Trimmer, Paper Snips, Fringe Scissors, Simply Scored Stylus, Stampin' Pierce Mat, Envelope Punch Board, Itty Bitty Shapes Punch Pack, 7/8" Scallop Circle Punch, Petite Petals Punch, Square Lattice Embossing Folder, and Heartfelt Banner Kit (available for FREE during Sale-A-Bration).
