Welcome to the Best of Autumn Blog Tour hosted by RemARKable Stampers. Enjoy!
The scrawny tree image reminds me of a "Charlie Brown tree." So, I added some chevrons to this card using 3/4" Chevron Ribbon, the Chevron Embossing Folder, and the Build a Banner Simply Created Kit. I sponged ink through the gaps in the chevron stencil from the kit using a Sponge Dauber.

I used the "rock and roll" technique on the leaves for this next thank you card. Just ink up an image in a lighter color and then "roll" the edges around on a darker complimentary color ink pad before stamping. I then used the Daffodil Delight Marker to color in the leaves so none of the vanilla card stock would show through. The Burlap Ribbon pieces are the bound edges that I cut off the ribbon when I wanted to unravel the ribbon for a different project. I just kept the bound edges because I knew I'd be able to use them eventually.

This next card uses the Season of Style Designer Series Paper which is intended as a Christmas paper, but the colors were perfect for the bucket of apples image. I used Blender Pens to color the image. I just scribbled with the Markers onto a Clear Block and then picked up the ink from there to color. Just remember to stroke the Blender Pen tip in one direction only or you can make the card stock tear and pill.

My final project for this tour was inspired by some 8" x 8" framed artwork samplers that I made at my upline Janet Wakeland's house the other day during one of her Diva Day events. While I was there crafting, she "enabled" me a bit more by showing me this awesome burlap covered frame that she'd found at a store near her house. After the event, I had to go shopping at that store where I found this frame and some other awesome materials to use in future projects. I used the same watercoloring technique as used on the card above involving Blender Pens and ink from Markers scribbled on a Clear Block.
