Welcome to the Best of Halloween Blog Tour hosted by RemARKable Stampers. Enjoy!
I used a fun technique called "ghosting" for my first card. I thought it would be appropriate! It's easy to "ghost," just stamp images in Whisper White Craft Ink onto white card stock and allow them to dry. You can speed up the drying with a Heat Tool. Then, use the Brayer to roll ink over the images until you have the color coverage you want. Wipe excess ink off the card stock and your ghostly images will appear!

I love that our colored Stampin' Emboss Powders make it easy to add a color image to colored card stock. I used the Tangerine Tango Stampin' Emboss Powder on this next card.
