The clever idea for stamping on the Burlap Ribbon came from Club Member Cathy Kelsh. During Club Class last month, she asked if you could stamp on the wide Burlap Ribbon in the Holiday Catalog. I said I hadn't tried it, but it was an interesting idea and I'd have to give it a try. I finally got the chance to do so and it worked!
I love the texture it gave the Christmas trees for this fun Christmas card. What do you think?

Tips: You will want to use dark inks and solid image stamps when stamping onto the Burlap Ribbon. Our Craft Scissors are awesome for cutting the ribbon. I used Sticky Strip to adhere my cut ribbon pieces to the card front. It's much easier to put the Sticky Strip onto the card stock first and then peel off the protective backing and adhere the cut ribbon piece. If you adhere the Sticky Strip to the ribbon piece, you'll have trouble peeling off the protective backing.
