This fun card is the one I sent to my niece for her birthday. The Designer Paper pinwheel is made by punching out a square of paper and then using Paper Snips to cut from each corner towards the center. Just be sure not to cut all the way to the center! Then, fold every other corner towards the center and secure in place with some adhesive, a button, or a brad. Enjoy!
