I love this "out of the box" idea that we used on this card at my Club Classes this month. We just wrapped a piece of Baker's Twine (we used Lucky Limeade Baker's Twine because I have a lot of it on hand) around Clear-Mount Block D and then stamped with it! I thought the results looked like pine needles, so I combined it with the pine branch images from the Christmas Lodge Set. Enjoy!
Uses Christmas Lodge Clear-Mount Set plus Clear-Mount Block C, Clear-Mount Block D, Clear-Mount Block H, Garden Green Classic Stampin' Pad, Regals Collection Stampin' Write Markers (Garden Green), Neutrals Collection Stampin' Write Markers (Chocolate Chip), Wild Wasabi Card Stock, Garden Green Card Stock, Whisper White Card Stock, Lucky Limeade Baker's Twine (any color would work though), Certainly Celery 3/8" Taffeta Ribbon, Wild Wasabi 1/4" Stitched Grosgrain Ribbon, Round Designer Ribbon Slides, Glue Dots, SNAIL Adhesive, Sticky Strip, Stampin' Trimmer, Paper Snips, Craft Scissors, Itty Bitty Shapes Punch Pack (circle), Dotted Scallop Ribbon Border Punch, Big Shot Die-Cutting Machine, Multipurpose Platform, Standard Cutting Pads, Apothecary Accents Framelits, and Scotch tape.
I love your idea for pine needles and making two cards by changing a little. Thanks for the ideas

Great idea! And it really does look like pine needles. Thanks for sharing. Would make a fun and easy to make card.
