We used a bunch of new products during my Club Classes this month. So much fun!
Did you know that you can curl the 1/8" Organdy Ribbon included in the Everyday Enchantment Ribbon & Brad Pack just like the curling ribbon on a present? You can! It makes very cute butterfly antennae! And, when you cut a couple of petals off a punch out made with the new Blossom Punch, you've got a cute butterfly shape! Unfortunately, my ribbon antennae got flattened a bit in the scanning process, but they are quite curly in real life. Enjoy!

5) Place the stamped vanilla card stock into the embossing folder so the top 2/3 of the stamped card stock are in the folder. Make sure you can see the stamped images and read the words on the front of the folder.
6) Build a a sandwich of Multipurpose Platform with Tab 2 open, one Standard Cutting Pad, Embossing Folder with card stock inside as outlined in step 7, and the other Standard Cutting Pad. Run through the Big Shot.

12) Use the Curly Label Punch to punch out the sentiment so the sentiment is near the bottom of the punch.
13) Use Paper Snips to trim off the top of the punched out sentiment.
14) Adhere the sentiment to the back of the stamped Baja Breeze strip on the lower right side.
15) Adhere the sentiment and strip to the vanilla card stock so they cover the seam between the dry embossed and unembossed areas.
16) Use the Blossom Punch to punch a flower shape from a scrap of Calypso Coral Card Stock.
17) Use the Paper Snips to cut two petals out of the flower. Make sure the petals are opposite each other.
18) Now, cut the remaining four petals in half down the middle.
19) Use the Blossom Punch to punch a flower shape from a scrap of Everyday Enchantment Designer Paper in the scalloped Baja Breeze with Calypso Coral dots pattern.
20) Use the Paper Snips to cut two petals out of the flower. Make sure the petals are opposite each other.
21) Curl the edges of the flower petals slightly under with your fingers.
22) Adhere the two half petal pieces of Calypso Coral behind the designer paper piece so the coral peeks out from behind and makes a butterfly.
23) Stamp the large flower image from the Fresh Vintage Set in Calypso Coral Ink onto a scrap of Very Vanilla Card Stock.
24) Use the Paper Snips to trim the flower out cutting off the large dots and dotted outline.
25) Adhere the flower to the center of the butterfly.
26) Cut a couple of small pieces of Calypso Coral 1/8" Organdy Ribbon from the Everyday Enchantment Ribbon and Brad Pack using Craft Scissors.
27) Curl the two pieces of ribbon by dragging them across the open blade of the Paper Snips.
28) Adhere the curled ribbon pieces to the back of the butterfly using a small piece of Sticky Strip.
29) Adhere the butterfly to the left side of the Baja Breeze strip.
30) Use the Paper-Piercing Tool and Mat Pack to poke a hole in the center of the flower on the butterfly body.
31) Insert a brad from the Everyday Enchantment Ribbon & Brad Pack and secure on the back side by folding the prongs flat.
32) Cut a piece of Baja Breeze Card Stock to 5 1/2 x 8 1/2" using the Paper Cutter.
33) Score the card stock along the 8 1/2" side at 4 1/4" using the Scoring Blade on the Paper Cutter. Fold in half to make card.
34) Adhere the card front to the card.
Tips
Cut the Stamping Sponges into quarters. This will give you more pieces and they'll be easier to hold and work with.
To help with lining the border image up properly when stamping, you can use a Stamp-a-ma-jig (page 207, $11.95).
Thanks, Gail. I love being an enabler! Have fun with the
