Directions
1) Cut a piece of Not Quite Navy Card Stock to 4 1/4 x 11".
2) Place the card stock on the Paper Cutter so one long edge is lined up on the 1" mark indicated along the top of the cutter.
3) Move the cutting blade down so the arrow indicating where the cutting blade is located is lined up on the 1" mark on the swinging track. Cut from the 1" mark down to the 6 1/2" mark.
4) Repeat steps 2 and 3 on the other long side of the card stock.
5) Remove the cutting blade from the Paper Cutter and insert the scoring blade into the swinging track.
6) Line the short side of the cut card stock up on the cutter so the left short side is lined up with the 10" mark indicated along the top of the cutter.
7) Score from the top of the card stock to the cut. Then, from the cut on the other side to the bottom of the card stock.
8) Slide the card stock over so the left short edge is now lined up with the 9" mark indicated along the top of the cutter.
9) Score from the top of the card stock to the cut. Then, from the cut on the other side to the bottom of the card stock.
10) Slide the card stock over so the left short edge is now lined up with the 5 1/2" mark indicated along the top of the cutter.
11) Score only across the card stock between the cut lines.
12) Slide the card stock over so the left short edge is now lined up with the 4 1/2" mark indicated along the top of the cutter.
13) Score from the top of the card stock to the cut. Then, from the cut on the other side to the bottom of the card stock.
14) Fold the 10" score lines to make a mountain fold. Fold the 9" score lines to make a valley fold. Fold the 5 1/2" score line to make a mountain fold. Fold the 4 1/2" score lines to make a mountain fold.
15) Cut two strips of the white knotted rope on blue background Nautical Expedition Designer Series Paper to 3/4 x 4 1/4".
16) Adhere these two strips to the two sides of the card.
17) Cut another strip of Nautical Expedition Designer Series Paper from the blue map image with the large gray anchor design to 3/4 x 4 1/8".
18) Adhere this strip of paper to the front of the stair step.
19) Stamp the sentiment from Teeny Tiny Wishes in Not Quite Navy Ink onto a scrap of Whisper White Card Stock.
20) Punch out the sentiment with the Word Window Punch.
21) Punch a modern label from a scrap of Not Quite Navy Card Stock using the Modern Label Punch.
22) Adhere the sentiment punch out to the center of the modern label.
23) Poke a hole in the right side of the sentiment labels with the Paper-Piercing Tool and Mat Pack pieces.
24) Insert a Silver Mini Brad and secure it on the back side by bending the prongs flat.
25) Adhere the sentiment to the front of the stair step so it is slightly right of center.
26) Cut a piece of Whisper White Card Stock to 2 x 4 3/8".
27) Stamp the Sail Away image in Not Quite Navy Ink about 1/2" from the top edge.
28) Adhere the stamped white rectangle to the center panel of the card.
29) Cut a piece of Not Quite Navy Card Stock to 1 1/4 x 2 1/4".
30) Use the 3/4" Circle Punch to punch one long edge of the Not Quite Navy rectangle to make waves.
31) Adhere the punched rectangle to the center panel of the card so it covers the bottom of the stamped white rectangle.
32) Wrap a piece of White Baker's Twine around the bottom of the center panel two times and tie it off. Trim the ends.
33) Stamp the anchor image from The Open Sea Set in Not Quite Navy Ink onto a scrap of Whisper White Card Stock.
34) Use the Large Tag Punch to punch out the image.
35) Punch a larger tag from a scrap of Not Quite Navy Card Stock using the Extra-Large Tag Punch.
36) Adhere the tags together so they are layered.
37) Use the 1/8" hole punch on the side of the Crop-A-Dile to punch a hole through the tags in the top of the anchor image.
38) Thread a piece of White Baker's Twine through the hole and tie the ends to the Baker's Twine on the front of your card. Trim the ends.
39) Put two Stampin' Dimensionals down the center of the tags on the back side to adhere them to the front of the card at a slight angle. Make sure you cover the left side of your sentiment labels.
Tips
Once the Simply Scored Scoring Tool is available in the Holiday Mini on September 1, you can use it to do the scoring instead. You can place the markers where you need them to make it easy to remember where to score.

You only need to put a Silver Mini Brad on the right side of your sentiment label. The left side will be hidden anyway.
