I learned yesterday that a friend's dad had suffered a serious heart attack. She's had to fly home to help her mom take care of him when he gets out of the hospital, so I made this card to send to her to let her know I'm keeping them all in my thoughts and prayers.

14) Use the Chocolate Chip Marker to ink up the trunk and branches of the tree image.
15) Use the Handsome Hunter Marker to ink up the leaves on the tree image.

17) Use the Handsome Hunter Marker to ink up the "Thinking of You..." sentiment on the stamp.
18) Stamp the sentiment in the bottom right corner.

20) Adhere the stamped sage rectangle to the chocolate rectangle.
21) Adhere the rectangles to the card front using Stampin' Dimensionals.
Use Sticky Strip (page 192, $6.95) to adhere the ends of ribbons to the back side of layers of card stock. It holds securely and you'll use less ribbon this way and will get it to lay flatter.
Trim the ends of the ribbons to fine points to thread them through the button holes. Our Craft & Paper Scissors (page 191, $29.95) are excellent for cutting ribbon!
