I had to cut down the heart tag included in the Artisan Embellishments Kit a little so it would fit on the card front. Then, I used the 3/16" Corner Punch to round the bottom corners back off.
The accessories highlighted in red are retiring and are only available until June 3, 2013 or while supplies last, whichever comes first! Items highlighted in purple are in the Spring Catalog which retires on May 31 and will NOT be carried over to the new big catalog.

I love the simplicity of this next card that still makes the point! It's actually quite shimmery in person as I spritzed it with Vanilla Shimmer Smooch Spritz, but it never shows up well in the scans.

Here's my first creation using this set, a very masculine card using some strips of Parker's Patterns Designer Series Paper that I wove together.

This next one is definitely more girly! The sentiment actually shimmers and shines because I embossed it in white and then painted over it with a mixture of Frost White Shimmer Paint and a drop of Primrose Petals Ink Refill. I also rubbed a little of the plain Shimmer Paint onto the embossed and sanded Core'dinations Card Stock.

A little punch art was created on this card using the Extra-Large Tag Punch to create the arrow. I punched on
either side of a narrow strip of paper with the long sides of the
punch. The ends were then cut by hand to make the arrow head and
fletching.

I am loving My Digital Studio 2! It is so easy to use and so much fun to play with as well!
I've used My Digital Studio 2 to create gift certificates that some of my customers are getting for Christmas from their family and friends.
Several of my family members are getting My Digital Studio 2 based projects as Christmas presents this year. Sorry, I can't say more because they might be reading this and I don't want to spoil the surprise!
Here's one project I can share with you though as I'm pretty sure my nephew isn't reading my blog. My nephew is a big fan of history (seems to run in the family!), so we are giving him a subscription to a history magazine this year. I still wanted him to have something to open on Christmas Day, so I made this gift certificate for him in My Digital Studio 2 and printed it out.
