This is the card I made for my husband for Father's Day, but it could easily be adapted for any masculine celebration. It uses a cool technique I learned from a fellow Demonstrator named Cathie Gaspard. Enjoy!

Directions
1) Cut a piece of More Mustard Card Stock to 5 1/2 x 8 1/2" using the Stampin' Trimmer.
2) Score the card stock along the 8 1/2" side at 4 1/4" using the Scoring Blade on the Stampin' Trimmer. Fold in half to make card.
3) Cut a piece of Midnight Muse Card Stock to 4 x 5 1/4".
4) Cut a piece of Very Vanilla Card Stock to 3 7/8 x 5 1/8".
5) Cut several strips of masking tape or painter's tape about 7 1/2" long.
6) Place the masking tape strips across Clear-Mount Block F so they are secured on one side of the block to your work surface. Leave the rest of the strips loose for now. There should be a small space between each strip of tape. Your block will look something like this:

7) Cut several more strips of tape about 9 1/2" long.
8) Adhere one end of one strip of tape to your work surface at the top of the Clear-Mount Block. Weave the strip in and out of the cross strips adhering them firmly to the block as you go.
9) Repeat step 8 with the other strips of tape until they are all woven and adhered to the block. Leave a small space between each strip of tape. Your block should look like this:

10) Rub the More Mustard Ink Pad all over the taped block until it is well covered in ink. It should look like this:

11) Lay the piece of Very Vanilla Card Stock carefully on top of the woven block making sure it is straight.
12) Lay a piece of scratch paper on top of the block and rub firmly all over. The paper will keep ink from getting on your fingers.
13) Remove the scratch paper and vanilla rectangle.
14) Ink up the number one inside the sunburst image with Cajun Craze Ink and stamp it in the lower right corner of the inked vanilla rectangle.
15) Adhere the vanilla rectangle to the Midnight Muse rectangle.
16) Place the rectangles on the Stampin' Pierce Mat and use the Paper-Piercing Tool to poke a hole in the center of the number one.
17) Insert a Cajun Craze Brad and secure on the back by folding the prongs flat.
18) Adhere the rectangles to the front of the More Mustard card.
19) Cut a strip of Midnight Muse Card Stock to 1 1/2 x 5 1/4".
20) Insert one end of the Midnight Muse strip into the 1-3/8" Square Punch at an angle. Carefully line up the bottom of the strip and punch to make the notch in the strip.
21) Place the punched strip into the Argyle Embossing Folder.
22) Build a sandwich of Multipurpose Platform with Tab 2 open, one Standard Cutting Pad, embossing folder with card stock inside as outlined in step 21, and the other Standard Cutting Pad. Run through the Big Shot.
23) Adhere the textured strip of Midnight Muse Card Stock to the front of the card on the left side.
24) Ink up the ribbon image with Midnight Muse Ink and stamp onto a scrap of Very Vanilla Card Stock.
25) Use the 2-3/8" Scallop Circle Punch to punch out the top portion of the ribbon image.
26) Ink up the ribbon image again with Midnight Muse Ink and stamp onto a scrap of Cajun Craze Card Stock.
27) Use the Paper Snips to cut out the tails of the ribbon.
28) Adhere the tails to the bottom of the scallop circle piece.
29) Ink up the "best" circle image with Cajun Craze Ink and stamp onto a scrap of Very Vanilla Card Stock.
30) Use the 1-1/4" Circle Punch to punch out the image.
31) Use the 1-3/8" Circle Punch to punch a circle from a scrap of More Mustard Card Stock.
32) Adhere the two circles together and then to the center of the ribbon image.
33) Use Stampin' Dimensionals to attach the ribbon image to the card front so it is centered over the right edge of the Midnight Muse strip.
Tips
If you prefer, you can make a tighter weave pattern by making sure the edges of the tape touch instead of leaving a space between each strip of tape.
If you don't own Clear-Block F, you can still create the background with the masking tape by placing the tape across the wood block mount of a background stamp. You'll want to make sure that the edges of your tape actually touch in this case though to keep ink from getting all over your wood block.
The new, firm foam style of ink pads can be very, very juicy. Use a very light touch to ink up and stamp your images so you don't pick up stray lines. Also be careful to allow ink plenty of time to dry before touching it.
