These are the candy boxes I made and filled to send to my nieces, nephews, sons, and future daugther-in-law for Valentine's Day. They are really quite easy to make using a pattern we got in our Make and Take packets at Leadership in San Antonio, Texas. Enjoy!

Directions
1) Cut a piece of card stock for your outer box to 5 1/2" x 12" using the Paper Cutter.
2) Build a sandwich of one Extended Cutting Pad, Fancy Favor Bigz XL Die, card stock, and Extended Premium Crease Pad. Run through the Big Shot.
3) Fold and crease all the score lines except the diagonal ones and the straight ones coming out of the diagonals.
4) Fold the short side flap in and put strips of Sticky Strip on it.
5) Remove the protective backing from the Sticky Strip pieces and fold the other end of the box over. Line the ends up and press firmly to adhere.
6) Fold the bottom flaps in.
7) Put a small piece of Sticky Strip on the inside edge of one of the angled flaps and adhere the bottom of the box together.
8) Cut a piece of card stock for your inner box to 5 1/2" x 11 1/4" using the Paper Cutter.
9) Place the card stock onto the Simply Scored Tool so one short edge is lined up along the top.
10) Score down the length of the card stock at the 1 1/2" mark.
11) Rotate the card stock on the Simply Scored Tool so one long edge is lined up along the top.
12) Score down the width of the card stock at the 1", 4", 6 1/8", and 9 1/8" marks.
13) Fold and crease along all score marks.
14) Use the Paper Snips to cut from the bottom of the card stock to the score line that was made at the 1 1/2" mark along all the fold lines to make the bottom flaps. You can angle the edges of the larger flaps if you wish. Cut off the tiny flap on the side below the 1" flap.
15) Fold the short side flap in and put strips of Sticky Strip on it.
16) Remove the protective backing from the Sticky Strip pieces and fold the other end of the box over. Line the ends up and press firmly to adhere.
17) Fold the bottom flaps in.
18) Put a small piece of Sticky Strip on the inside edge of one of the angled flaps and adhere the bottom of the box together.
19) Fill the box with treats.
20) Slide the larger Fancy Fold box onto the smaller box.
21) Cut a strip of coordinating card stock to 1 1/2 x 12".
22) Cut a shorter strip of the same card stock to 1 1/2 x 2".
23) Use Sticky Strip to adhere the two strips together to make one long strip.
24) Gently wrap the long strip around the box creasing it lightly with your fingers at each corner.
25) Use Sticky Strip to adhere the ends together.
26) Wrap coordinating ribbon around the box near the top of the belly band and secure the ends in place using Sticky Strip.
27) Stamp sentiment on a scrap of card stock the same color as your belly band using the coordinating color of ink.
28) Punch the sentiment out using the Full Heart Punch.
29) Cut a piece of card stock the same color as your inner box to 2 1/4 x 2 1/2".
30) Place the square of card stock inside the Scalloped Heart of Hearts Embosslits Die.
31) Build a a sandwich of Multipurpose Platform with Tab 2 open, one Standard Cutting Pad, Embosslits Die with card stock inside as outlined in step 30, and the other Standard Cutting Pad. Run through the Big Shot.
32) Adhere the punched out heart to the smooth side of the scalloped, embossed heart.
33) Adhere the heart to the belly band using Stampin' Dimensionals. Be careful not to get adhesive past the edges of the belly band or it will stick to the box and you won't be able to get the belly band off to open the box and access the treats!

35) Place the square of card stock inside the Fashionable Hearts Embosslits Die.
36) Build a a sandwich of Multipurpose Platform with Tab 2 open, one Standard Cutting Pad, Embosslits Die with card stock inside as outlined in step 35, and the other Standard Cutting Pad. Run through the Big Shot.
37) Choose one embossed heart and adhere it to the bottom right edge of the bigger heart using SNAIL. Be careful not to get adhesive past the edges of the belly band or it will stick to the box and you won't be able to get the belly band off to open the box and access the treats!
Tips
You may get better results cutting card stock with some Dies if you also use a shim of lightweight cardboard or card stock. Each Big Shot and Die are slightly different, so experiment to see if you need a shim or not.
Using the Extended Premium Crease Pad with the Fancy Favor Bigz XL Die will give you better defined, easier to fold crease lines.
Using the Bone Folder to fold along crease lines will give you sharper folds as well.
I like to keep some scissors just for cutting Sticky Strip. That way I don't get my good scissors all gummed up and dull.
If you are going to be making lots of these boxes, use the Simply Scored Place Markers to mark the score lines you need to use so you don't have to keep remembering.
I try to make the end of the belly band and the ends of the ribbon on the belly band be where I'll cover the seams with the embellishments for a cleaner look.
