Here's another of the cards we made at my recent Club Classes featuring fabric. The ornament poofs out of the front of the card since there is a cotton ball tucked behind the fabric. You could use cotton batting instead if you have some on hand, but since I do NOT sew, I don't have any. If you don't have a cotton ball either, you could probably subsititue a small piece of tissue or tissue paper. Whatever you use to give the ornament some poof, you'll need to use lots of Sticky Strip to hold things in place.
Please note that the fabric itself is NOT punched. I don't think you can punch fabric. It would be bad for your punches! The ornament shape is punched out of the top layer of Crumb Cake card stock and the fabric adhered behind it. This is then adhered over the cotton ball to the Cherry Cobbler Card Stock.
The branches of the tree are made by stamping the pine tree image from the Lovely as a Tree Set repeatedly. Just make sure you don't stamp the bottom of the tree image with the trunk and ground. The hanger for the ornament is made by tightly twisting a piece of Seam Binding before securing it in place.
Uses Lovely as a Tree Set and All Holidays Set plus Crumb Cake Card Stock, Cherry Cobbler Card Stock, Deck the Halls Designer Fabric, Always Artichoke Classic Stampin' Pad, Cherry Cobbler Classic Stampin' Pad, Always Aritchoke 1/2" Seam Binding, Cherry Cobbler 1/2" Seam Binding, Ornament Extra-Large Punch, Sticky Strip, and cotton ball.

NOTE TO HEIDI: Michele says she DID NOT PUNCH the fabric- "this would be bad for your punch" and I agree.

I had no idea you could punch fabric. I'll have to try that!
